Get-PnPListItem only Folders/Files

Would it be possible to add the option "-ItemType" to Get-PnPListItem? So you could specify which kind of Items to get, because the result gives you the Id back, which you could easily use for Set-PnpListItem to manipulate certain Files/Folders.

Or would it be possible to get the Id of an Item when you use "Get-PnPFolder". It just gives you the Unique Id, but you can use this in Set-PnPListItem only for folders in root and not any subfolders.
