Add-PnPTeamsUser fails in Azure Runbook when adding Owner

I have a runbook that provisions Teams and adds users to the new Team (as owners) using Add-PnPTeamsUser. This has been working fine using 1.30 but this week it started to fail when adding the user as an Owner.

$newTeam = New-PnPTeamsTeam -DisplayName $sitetitle -Description $SiteDescription -MailNickName $teamAlias -Visibility Private
...
foreach ($user in $owners) {
    $owner = Add-PnPTeamsUser -Team $teamAlias -User $user -Role Owner 
}

Adding a Member works fine - seems to be just Owner that has a problem.

The error is:

Cannot access a disposed object. Object name: 'System.Net.Http.StringContent'. 
+ CategoryInfo : NotSpecified: (:) [Write-Error], WriteErrorException 
+ FullyQualifiedErrorId : Microsoft.PowerShell.Commands.WriteErrorException

Works as expected in PowerShell. Problem is only when run in Azure Runbook.

Updated to 1.50 - same results.

Anyone else seeing this?
