Modify the EFS and Cloud-Generate workflow to further optimize for costs as current usage is greater than calculated by AWS cost estimates.

Acceptance Criteria:

  1. OBPG file releases have been reviewed the rate that the purger deletes refined files has been determined.
  2. The purger has been modified so that it matches OC files to SST and SST4 files and removes all three is they are present on the EFS and older than 72 hours.
  3. The purger scheduled has been updated to run the purger 4 times per day.
  4. Modifications have been tested in SIT and UAT.
  5. Modifications have been deployed to OPS.
