Info is from last year, but U guess the new one is very similar.
Not sure if this is an appropriate project for plca, as it really focus on application and transferring concrete knowledge to industry, policy makers and other stakeholders. Pure fundamental research is not accepted. Additionally, budget for non-Flemish parties is limited to 20%

I checked and it is the same this year. I think the last point you make is most critical indeed, the majority of our group is not Flemish, so this call is not feasible for us. Thanks for checking it out.
