The ant people don't keep older versions of ant on their mirrors, so currently our Makefile breaks whenever ant releases a new version, as the version number is fixed in our Makefile.
If ant releases aren't too frequently this is propably uncritical. We can update the string once we notice.

This is not just abount ant. We need to collect version numbers for all dependences (and find a way to deal with the problem that naming of the source tar file and the dir it creates is not always consistent, see gmp, boost).
