Variables shared from poole.css to lanyon.css are duplicated and prefixed with "lanyon" as fallbacks. Skipped syntax.css and theme variants.

I've skipped the theme variants because those are simple enough, and also syntax.css as I'm not sure what to name the variables.
Partially resolves #239.
