Most apparent when resizing in 2 dimensions, with cosmic-comp and cosmic-workspaces processes reaching around 100% CPU usage reported by htop, when holding and moving the mouse in a circle somewhat quickly.
Both Super + Right Click resize and regular resize have the same behavior.

Running on hardware (i5 11400, RX 570).
Pop!_OS 24.04,

Yeah we need to throttle xdg_shell configure events.
