Applications that have a .desktop override (e.g. in ~/.local/share/applications in my case) are displayed twice. GNOME only displays the application entries of the overridden desktop files, thus I am expecting a similar behavior.
Why is this problematic? It is just unclear which one of my application entries is the overridden one, since the name and icon are the are usually not modified in my .desktop overrides.

The launcher provides a source to differentiate which version is being presented, for example (System) vs (Local). I find that differentiates it pretty well.
On the App Library though, I can see how it's confusing because it doesn't show the source of the package.
