Issue/Bug Description:
Using the OS Refresh forced me to create a new user account and made me pick my timezone and keyboard region.
[Edit]: I also noticed that the picture associated with my account was missing. I went into the Users tab in Gnome Settings, and the only user listed there is the user I created after the refresh. This is when I am logged in using the account I had set up before the refresh.
Steps to reproduce (if you know):
Click the refresh OS option in the Gnome settings app and follow the instructions.
Expected behavior:
I should have been taken to the login screen after the refresh was finished, and I should see my already existing account in Settings.
Other Notes:
I don't know if this had any affect, but when I was able to log into my previous account, I got a message about the command rbenv not being installed, because I had it referenced in my login scripts.
