[Feature request] have the ability to choose a desktop environment or window manager

Issue/Bug Description:
if you want to choose in the install process what de/wm you want you can't do that, you have to do that after, this should be in the iso to pick what de/wm you want, or pick just xorg/wayland to install everything your self

Expected behavior:

step X on the install process
[] gnome
[X] plasma/kde
[] i3
[] xorg
