Display translation and/or ownership status in App Search

A useful feature for the AppSearch screen which will eventually be shared by both the Translator and Adaptor would be to display status information about that app.

In the case of the adaptor, that could be something such as "Adaptations supported". Or maybe those which don't support adaptations should be filtered straightaway.

In the case of the translator that would be whether the App has been translated already, to which languages, and who is the owner.
