Quickstart solid-cpp not being built automatically

We do that in the elastic-tube-1d, would be nice to have it as a standard across all tutorials.

One goal of the quickstart is to introduce the library concept of preCICE.

Having to manually compile and run one of the participants makes this a hands-on experience, which should make this concept easier to grasp.
