[Contributor Name] (“Contributor”) agrees to the following terms for any code, documentation, or other materials that the Contributor submits or has submitted to PrimiHub (“Project”):
- "Contributor" refers to the copyright owner who signed this agreement with the Project, or an authorized natural or legal entity, organization, etc. "Contribution" refers to the code or other original work that you voluntarily submit. The "submission" defined in this clause refers to the content sent to the recipient of the Project electronically, orally or in writing.
- Contributor hereby grants to Project a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, and distribute the Contributions in any form, in whole or in part, without any additional compensation or consideration to Contributor.
- Contributor warrants that they are the sole author of the Contributions, that the Contributions are original, and that Contributor has the right to submit the Contributions to Project.
- Contributor warrants that they have the right to grant the license set forth in this agreement, and that the Contributions do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
- Contributor agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Project and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses, arising out of or related to any breach of Contributor's representations, warranties, or obligations under this agreement.
- Contributor agrees that the Contributions are provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
- Contributor agrees that Project may publicly disclose the Contributions and may use Contributor's name and likeness in connection with the Contributions.
- Contributor agrees that this agreement is governed by the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, and that any dispute arising out of or relating to this agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court at the domicile of Beijing Primitive Technology Co., Ltd.
- Contributor represents and warrants that they have the authority to enter into this agreement and to grant the rights granted herein.
[贡献者姓名]（“贡献者”）同意针对其提交或已提交给 PrimiHub（“项目”）的任何代码、文档或其他材料，遵守以下条款：
- “贡献者“系指与项目签订本协议的著作权人、或经授权的自然人或法人单位、组织等。“贡献”系指由您自愿提交的代码或其他原创作品。本条款定义的“提交”系指以电子、口头或书面形式发送给项目接受者的内容。
- 贡献者在此授予项目一个永久、不可撤销、全球范围、非独占、免费的许可证，以任何形式、全部或部分使用、复制、修改和分发贡献，无需向贡献者支付任何额外的报酬或考虑因素。
- 贡献者保证贡献是原创作品，贡献者是贡献的唯一作者，并且有权将贡献提交给项目。
- 贡献者保证其有权授予本协议中所述的许可证，并且贡献不会侵犯任何第三方的知识产权。
- 贡献者同意赔偿、辩护和保护项目及其关联公司免受因贡献者违反其在本协议下的陈述、保证或义务而引起或与之相关的任何及所有的索赔、损害、责任、成本和开支，包括合理的律师费和其他开支。
- 贡献者同意贡献是“按原样”提供的，不提供任何形式的明示或默示保证，包括但不限于商业适用性、特定用途适用性和非侵权性保证。
- 贡献者同意项目可以公开披露贡献，并可以在贡献中使用贡献者的姓名和肖像。
- 贡献者同意本协议受中华人民共和国法律管辖，不考虑其冲突法规定，任何因本协议引起或与之有关的争议均受北京原语科技有限公司住所地法院的专属管辖。
- 贡献者声明和保证其有权签订本协议并授予本协议中所授予的权利。
