Default pinout changed

Plese note that starting with today's builds, the default pinout has changed.

Please also note that possibly the default pinout might change again in the future, if we ever move to i2c for driving the display.

If you already have built hardware using the old pinout, you can continue to use that if you keep the old minidexed.ini or edit the GPIO numbers in it accordingly.
