Nature of issue?

  • Existing feature enhancement

Feature enhancement details:

Apologies if this is a duplicate. I did a cursory look.

Can sort-by-size and multi-select functionality be added to the asset editor? I end up duplicating a lot of student sketches and running out of asset space quickly. I make my best effort to clear up asset space but I find it too arduous and instead make new accounts often but I think that is suboptimal for everyone involved.

Alternatively, I would be willing to pay a small annual fee for much larger storage space 😉

Thank you for the suggestion! Agree that this would be super useful. Related to #1442 but also I think the multiselect is unique to managing your account assets.

@catarak @stalgiag I would like to work on this issue. Can you suggest how to get started on this?

@raclim @lindapaiste Can I work on the multi-select feature for assets.

What can be done

  • I was think to have a additional column in the table with the checkboxes, and when the checkbox in the header is checked, all the checkboxes get marked.

  • Giving a warning popup. Example "Are you sure you want to delete {file names}

  • After deletion a confirming toast notification

a

If you think, this is a correct approch can you please assign this issue to me ( or should i create a new issue )
