- You can simple start the script import_maps_paul.sh of directory mapGenerator/
- Possibly you have to install some tools --> look at the header of script file.
- Download the raw openstreetmapOpenStreetMap Data Extracts file - to create the routing data
- Execute ./graphhopper.sh import . This creates the routing data
- Download a map e.g. berlin.map Mapsforge .map Download Server
- Copy berlin.map and routing data files into the created berlin-gh folder
- Compression Step: Bundle a graphhopper zip file via cd berlin-gh; zip -r berlin.ghz *
- Now copy the bundle to your Android device.
- You can use the android debug bridge: adb push src-file target-file
- You can also use SSHDroid with ssh client: scp -P 2222 berlin.ghz $URL:/path/target-file
- Or simple use an external memory card
- The target folder may be /sdcard/Android/media/com.junjunguo.pocketmaps/pocketmaps/downloads/
- Be aware because of bug #82
for the current version please use graphhoper 0.13.0 with 'car, foot and bike' to generate maps
add this line to your graphhoper/config.properties to enable 'car, foot and bike':
graph.flagEncoders=car,foot,bike
- This server has data extracts from the OpenStreetMap project which are normally updated every day.
