[kube-prometheus-stack] Allow setting outOfOrderTimeWindow for agent mode

From Prometheus release v2.54.0, out_of_order_time_window is now available in agent mode.

However currently the TSDB setting for out_of_order_time_window is only configurable on server mode. Seen here

When upgrading using the agent to Prometheus >= 2.54.0 this can lead to samples being dropped in certain situations with no way remediate it via out_of_order_time_window.

Describe the solution you'd like.

Allow setting out_of_order_time_window in agent mode.

Changing back to server mode
