Kafka UI doesn't show headers duplicates

Describe the bug (actual behavior)

When we have duplicate header keys, Kafka UI shows only one of them.

Expected behavior

Kafka UI should show all headers.

I have seen this bug as well. It also affects producing new messages with duplicate headers, which is allowed in Kafka.
