Consider putting elements from Sync Status into navigation

Sync Status at the bottom of the page is helpful. However, it's hard to see since it's on the bottom. It can be very hard, especially on long pages. On the other hand, navigation is always visible and there are already two network components living in navigation. So it makes sense to gather all network-related information together inside the navigation.

Consider gathering all the network information inside the navigation.
