Possibility to use Mutelist in DynamoDB to all providers

New feature motivation

When running the parameter Mutelist using the ARN of DynamoDB Table, the provider that only works today is AWS.

It would be great if Prowler could have the possibility to use DynamoDB to other providers, when running the process on ECS for example.

We’ve recognized for some time that this would be an interesting and valuable change. However, it’s not currently on our roadmap, so we cannot confirm if or when it might be implemented in the near future. Nevertheless, we truly appreciate your suggestion and will consider it as we define our future priorities.
