Filament Presets updates/changes not saved in Project file

Description of the bug

If you create a project and modify the filament presets, and then hit save Project, it doesn't update the Filament Presets in the project file unless if you click Save on the Filament Preset.

What is even more odd is that it didn't show that the Filament Preset had been modified (hence needing saving). But if I force a save, and then save the project, then the Filament Preset is saved in the project file.

Perhaps it would be best to ensure that when a user selects Save Project, it automatically prompts to Save Filament Presets (and any other presets as well). I'm not sure if this is already the current behaviour.

Project file & How to reproduce

Unfortunately the project is confidential and I can't reveal it. I will try to reproduce in a blank project file.
