Cannot read property 'downcastAttributeToElement' of undefined

Hi.
My installation does a script-error in the backend :-(
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'downcastAttributeToElement' of undefined (footnotePlugin.js Line 3)

or (Safari)
TypeError: undefined is not an object (evaluating '_ckeditor5Exports.DowncastConverters.downcastAttributeToElement')

What could be wrong?

This issue is caused by the newer version of CKEditor. See neos/neos-ui#2515.
