Better S3 Documentation

I was running into an issues setting up S3 for backups, the issue being the URI isn't valid

[2024-02-08 11:50:55] production.ERROR: Custom endpoint `e3u3.or3.idrivee2-51.com` was not a valid URI {"exception":"[object] (Aws\\Exception\\UnresolvedEndpointException(code: 0): Custom endpoint `e3u3.or3.idrivee2-51.com` was not a valid URI at /var/www/pterodactyl/vendor/aws/aws-sdk-php/src/EndpointV2/Rule/ErrorRule.php:41)

I was using the following info based on what I thought was needed, as the documentation is extremely vague and doesn't provide an example

AWS_DEFAULT_REGION=us-or
AWS_ACCESS_KEY_ID=xxx
AWS_SECRET_ACCESS_KEY=xxx
AWS_BACKUPS_BUCKET=pterodactyl-backup
AWS_ENDPOINT=e3u3.or3.idrivee2-51.com

after adding the scheme https:// to the beginning of AWS_ENDPOINT variable, it now working!

AWS_DEFAULT_REGION=us-or
AWS_ACCESS_KEY_ID=xxx
AWS_SECRET_ACCESS_KEY=xxx
AWS_BACKUPS_BUCKET=pterodactyl-backup
AWS_ENDPOINT=https://e3u3.or3.idrivee2-51.com

Hopefully this helps other users that run into trying to setup S3 for backups
