• If there is activity on a page since the last time a user logged into Tigerdata, display a indicator with the number of changes.
• As the user views the projects with changes, the number should go down.
• The indicator should disappear from the tab when there are no longer any projects with updates that have not been viewed

Tab Navigation:

When there is a new addition to a tabbed section that is in an Inactive state, a circular dot with a number of new activities is displayed 4px to the right of the tab label. The dot disappears when all the new activities within that tab are viewed by the user along with the Project Table Notification (#24).
