Cross reference templates from api docs pages

Link relevant templates from resource pages. The examples rendered on our resource pages do not contain full pulumi program code. Things like imports are often missing or internal dependencies onto other resources. If we have a template that uses the resource on that page we should link it to that template which contains its use in a full pulumi program.

We do something similar here where we link to the template from the example code block from the github icon in the bottom right corner. We should find a way to more formally do this for all the templates we have.
