Issue details

Consider adding a way to request new providers on the registry landing page. For example, either at the bottom of the page or if someone filters for a specific provider and it comes up blank, something that says "Is there a provider you'd like to use that isn't here? Request it ". The resulting behavior would be that a github issue template is opened on a repo that is strictly for requesting new providers.

This would allow feedback from community users as to the interest level of specific providers and could inform partnership interest.

Separately, there could also be a CTA for people that may want to publish their own provider and point to instructions here.
