a couple of years ago we introduced the 'cryptopus command line client' ccli.

https://github.com/puzzle/ccli

with this ticket, some ideas for improvements around it should be specified. in general, how to make it more user friendly?

  • make it easy to copy the ccli command for accessing an encryptable or just a single attribute?

Concept

Suggestion 1

The encryptable-show view has a new button CCLI next to the other buttons (share, edit, delete). If you click it, it opens a new pop-up with transparent background.

Here you have 4 commands, all in a field like username and password in encryptable-show view and with copy button on right side. First command is for showing the encryptable with cry. Second only for username, third for password. The last adds the encryptable to a yaml file. If the user wants more infos, there is a link with text You need more infos? which redirects to CCLI Github Readme, where more infos are.

Suggestion 2

Second suggestion includes a new tab in encryptable-show view. Standard, it is the Credentials-Tab. If the user clicks on CCLI-Tab, it opens another page.

The CCLI-view, the user has 5 commands, like in suggestion 1 with same field and same copy button. Here are the commands described with a little text. Also, there is a 5th command, to list all available teams for user.
