Eine Anbindung an das städtische MSAD würde folgendes helfen:

städtische MItarbeitende könnten sich direkt anmelden
Interne Prozesse könnten direkt via MSAD verifiziert werden. Z.B. könnten User*innen einer Zielgruppe (z.B. einer Dienstabteilung) direkt verifiziert werden.

Erfordert die Installation des folgenden Moduls: https://github.com/mainio/decidim-module-msad
