Not certain if I changed it before sending RevC prototypes off for production, but they are much better. I believe that JLCPCB uses a different production line for green solder mask than they do for other colours, so that may be the difference (?).

I'll leave it as-is for the next run as a test.

For reference, the blue board is the RevB with the crappy silkscreen designators, and the green one is RevC with the good ones.
