需求应用场景
因为运营商dns服务器封锁严重需要调试上游服务器dns 看哪个dns服务器返回什么ip，能不能返回

建议的方案
实现上述场景建议的方案。
能否在日志中记录上游服务器ip以及其对应的返回结果方便调试

设备信息（CPU，厂家） x86和openwrt
固件信息
