mpi4py v4.0.0 has added MPI_Session to support the MPI-4.0 standard. However, current OpenMPI (v4.1.2) on ubuntu-lts/debian does not conform to MPI-4.0. MPI_Session is not typedefed in mpi.h This causes build failures. So, openmpi is pinned <4.0 This can be reverted after openmpi is updated to support MPI-4.0 Alt Fix: mpi4py/mpi4py#525
