Will the ssl certificate verification error for private repositories be fixed soon?

Hello everyone - really loving Poetry and hoping to upgrade soon!

My issue persists in Poetry versions > 1.0.10 and is really a blocker for me upgrading.

The details on the issue are in #3110 along with potential workaround.

Unfortunately the issue occurs in my CI/CD flow which is maintained by others so implementing the workaround is not an option.

Hopefully this fix will be in 1.2?
