Theme Options Page not found #46

I click on my profile picture and in it's sub-menu then click on "Theme Options"
Its go to the URL Q2A.com/themeoptions
I get page not found

There is a good chance that .htaccess code is not working on your host. please check "Admin > General" page to see if it writes "OK" near the permalink option you chose.
