czkawka_cli reports Format error decoding Jpeg: Unknown marker 0xFF9A for JPG #1424

Bug Description

czkawka_cli version 8.0.0nreports error "Unknown marker 0xFF9A" for JPG file.

Steps to reproduce:

Certain JPG files are not recognized. See attached picture that triggers this error.
The files rejected by czkawka open ok in Microsoft Paint.

Terminal output (optional):

Cannot open image file "H:\P1000202.JPG": Format error decoding Jpeg: "Unknown marker 0xFF9A"

System

Czkawka version: 8.0.0 cli
OS version: Windows 11
Installation method: github binaries
The picture below is an example that is not recognized by czkawka_cli.
