Include workflow monitor in 'Workflows' tab #5

The workflow monitor should be moved from its standalone being to the detailed project view. It is more intuitive to see the workflow status from your project, than from the Liferay navigation bar.

Another issue will take care of the integration of an overview monitor on the dashboard:
