Add social media sharing options

Add the ability to share a startup idea to Twitter, Reddit, Facebook, and/or others.

To achieve this it will be necessary to create a way to create a "permalink" for an idea. This could be as simple as passing the startup name and noun as query parameters in plain text to start. Long term, if a back-end for the application were to be reintroduced, an API endpoint that would store the values and return a unique code would be ideal.
