Bug Description
Keemei validation report crashes in Firefox 101.0.1.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

Open a metadata file in Google Drive with Firefox
Click on 'Keemei - Validate QIIME 2 metadata file'
A black error screen with 'Go Back (Recommended)' button appears
A pop-up error appears when clicking on the button

Expected behavior
Works fine in Safari 15.5; it seems to be a browser-specific error
