Filter the metadata mapping file to contain only the samples present on the BIOM table #16

QIIME2 will fail if there are N/A values in the entire metadata columns, even though the samples containing those values are not present in the BIOM table.

In principle is only needed for alpha/beta correlation.

@tkosciol am I missing anything else?

This is a bug in QIIME2 - will leave this open until the issue has been fixed in Q2
