CI notebook tests failing with Segmentation fault in one of the notebooks (kernel dies)

Qiskit Finance Notebook tests are failing, and the failing notebook exhibits the same behavior when running locally

In trying the code locally it passes if I use the Qiskit Reference Sampler instead of the Aer Sampler and given that I raised an issue on Qiskit Aer as that is where it appears the problem originates and there is more information there along with sample code extracted from notebook that likewise fails.
