Can the blast step be completed locally and then analyzed using HGTector? #132

When there is a lot of data, you need to let the blast online server complete the steps of hgtector search -i example.txt -o example, but this is very easily restricted by the website. Can I complete this step locally, generate the necessary files, and then proceed to the next step of analysis? If possible, what should be the parameters of blastp?
Maybe this is a simple question, please forgive my ignorance. It would be greatly appreciated if you could answer this question.
