Fix naming of set S

I mistakenly used the term 'set S' to refer to all potential matching pixels, rather than the per iteration subset, which is what set S is in the methodology document. I now refer to the all potential matches set as 'set M' which is an artefact of the implementation rather than something from the methodology.
