How to use URL in yaml header (e.g., theme)?

is there any way to allow something like below?
Especially, the ability to use URL for theme.

Since the themes values are scss that is compiled into the final css for the output, they must be local. We are finalizing support for format extensions, which will allow you to create 'flavors' of formats which can provide custom configuration of the format as well as bundle supporting files like theme scss files. This would make it easy to create a reusable flavor of something like a reveal presentation that includes the customizations you're looking to share.
