Yet another proprietary SWORD v1.3 protocol extension implemented by #5:

DELETE now supports query parameters: ?inactivate sets the target object state to I (inactive), while ?revert sets the object state to A (active). Not passing any parameter sets the object state to D (deleted)

DISCLAIMER: This is a workaround for providing an explicit Fedora object resource.
