Integration test coverage is now lacking, particularly on QUIC-based notes. Adding new tests, with a focus on integration tests, and some kind of test coverage metric (tarpaulin?) would be useful.

Edit: Preliminary analysis with cargo tarpaulin puts code coverage around 52%
