Hi @MayaGans! I forgot what we meant by this file (a guidelines for contributions?). Do you remember? If so, can you reference an example from other repos? Thanks =)

I was thinking we can use this from Greg? https://github.com/gvwilson/10-newcomers/blob/master/CONDUCT.md we can close this if you think it's not necessary though
