How to use AWS S3 or Azure Blob storage for upload scorm.

I have tried this https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/openedx-ops/iB1o86TgLfY to give the MEDIA_ROOT and MEDIA_URL path but it is not working.

This XBlock is not compatible with S3 storage. I recommend you check out this fork, which is compatible with S3 storage: https://github.com/overhangio/openedx-scorm-xblock
