Orphaned doc pages

Lots of pages currently seem to be orphaned - as in, they can be visited, but nothing links to them. Examples include the "Tips" page and most of the "Using Ractive.js with..." pages.

From Google searches I arrive on Docs pages with broken links e.g. searching "ractive backbone", the 3rd result links to this page: http://docs.ractivejs.org/latest/using-ractive-with-backbone

The link to the example is incorrect: http://www.ractivejs.org/examples/backbone/
Should be: http://examples.ractivejs.org/backbone.

Here are the main orphans, making new issues for each:

Event plugins, seems to be a false start of a Plugin API documentation. #82
Ractive.adaptors, Ractive.easing, and Ractive.events, instance properties that are not linked from the main nav or any other page. #83
Legacy builds. No mention of these or minified builds (see #30) anywhere, really. #84
Tips, should probably be linked right under Get Started on the main nav. Will pull in several other orphans, so I won't mention them. #85
