[Feature]: Manually Set Coordinate Range for Chart Component

Describe the feature

I would like to know if there's a way to explicitly set the axis range of the chart component, instead of automatically adjusting it based on the data?

In some cases, when the chart data changes reactively, I want to keep the y-axis fixed rather than constantly changing, as it can look a bit odd.

• I intend to submit a PR for this feature.
• I have already implemented and/or tested this feature.
