Currently, "Jump to" (in Select Objects tool) processes in the currently selected viewport, this messes up the orthographic views and turns them into some kind of 3d orthographic view hybrid, requiring you to reset the viewport type from the viewport select menu to fix.
EDIT: Clarifying the issue - using the Ctrl+T hotkey works fine in all views. "Jump to" via the Select Objects tool only works properly when free look is the currently selected viewport, and messes up your viewport if you use it with any other viewport selected. It would be ideal to process the "Jump to" button via the Select Objects tool identically to the Ctrl+T hotkey.
