Implement a way for non technical users to create Blog Posts

Rebecca Churchill and the content creation team need a way to easily create blog posts that publish to the News and Insights such as contract wins so that development does not get inundated with these tasks as there seems to be quite a bit of content.

@benmarte had worked on the Editor UI but it sounds like there has been some blockers. Looking to either "restart" it back up or explore other options. @BarakStout

Thoughts on using something like Decap?

@victoriaatraft the site support markdown. Non tech people can write anywhere. HackMD is an option. Need more details on what the ask is. We can chat about it next week.

@desidia26 Haven't tried Decap. Looks like it might be another option.
